The Bride and Groom (to be)

Hi, I’m Ay, the writer behind these posts and bride-to-be. After a long hiatus, I am back now and about to write focused series on my wedding preparation. My old blog was here.

I met DH, the groom-to-be, 17 years ago in 5th grade, he was my classmate. We lost contact and met again in 2013 on Facebook. Our first date was on Dec 6, 2015, at a coffee shop. It was raining heavily.

And it was raining that day too, when he proposed (and I said yes!). DH insisted to go to that fancy cafe in Kemang, although I was content with McD’s Fish Fillet (oh so delish!). We arrived too early, the cafe was not even opened yet! But, the nice waiter served us well, we sat on a high chair and looked at each other eyes, hearts pounding. A perfect setting. The rest remained in our memories :)
